Jeudi 21 octobre, les enseignants et vacataires volontaires ont eu droit \u00e0 leur premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance de formation \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de la Learning Mobile Factory, une valise con\u00e7ue par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 EasyLean+<\/a> pour appr\u00e9hender les concepts du\u00a0LEAN en entreprise sous forme de jeux s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\n

A partir de novembre, les enseignants form\u00e9s assureront 6 ateliers de 4 heures pour amener les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 3e<\/sup> ann\u00e9e \u00e0 comprendre et pratiquer cet outil d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des performances gr\u00e2ce au management. Ils aborderont 7 modules tel que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, l\u2019environnement de travail ou encore l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue, afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leurs performances et leurs conditions de travail en entreprise, aussi bien en stage qu\u2019une fois ins\u00e9r\u00e9s dans le monde professionnel.<\/p>\n
