The first wine-tasting event organized by the four new managers of the club took place yesterday. 42 people from different classes at ENSCMu were part of this wine-tasting event which was all about Alsatian wines.
They could taste eight types of wine: amongst them were black and white Pinots, a crémant, a Muscat wine and a Sylvaner wine. They were then able to try cheese and charcuterie for the well-known aperitif.
