The 2021-2022 Chemistry Olympiads of the Upper Rhine ended on Wednesday, June 8th with the awards ceremony that took place at ENSCMu. This iteration of the event gathered 50 inquisitive and hard-working highschoolers along with enthusiastic teachers driven by their fondness for chemistry. The subject matter was chemistry and cosmetics. Congratulations to the winner Damien Maire, who was with his project sponsor, manager of TRONOX company located in Thann Emmanuel Sibileau (on the left) and with ENSCMu director Jean-Philippe Goddard (on the right).
The Chemistry Olympiads initiation sessions took place in 3 preparation centres. 16 students were in Colmar, 16 in Guebwiller, and 18 from the Camille See, Blaise Pascal, Alfred Kastler, Albert Schweitzer, Antoine Lavoisier and Zillisheim schools.
