The National College of Chemical Engineering of Mulhouse (ENSCMu) is connected to 4 laboratories and research teams:

• Mulhouse Materials Science Institute (IS2M – UMR CNRS-UHA 7361).
• Molecular Innovations and Applications Laboratory (LIMA – UMR CNRS-UNISTRA-UHA 7042) which was created through the merger of the Laboratory of Organic and Bioorganic Chemistry (COB, EA 4566) of Université de Haute-Alsace and the Laboratory of Molecular Chemistry (LCM, UMR 7509) of Université de Strasbourg.
• Laboratory of Macromolecular Photochemistry and Engineering (LPIM, EA 4567)
• Risk Management and Environment Laboratory (GRE, EA 2334)
