On February 26th, visitors are welcome at ENSCMu. Come see its nice premises, talk to teachers, teachers-researchers and engineering students, a few days before the 200 years-anniversary of ENSCMu that will take place on March, 1st 2022!

-Coffee time about the history of chemistry in Mulhouse (broadcasted live at 10 am; then, the 30 minutes-long video will be available) by Régis Boulat and René Tessier, organized by the Mulhouse Industrial Society for the 200 years-anniversary of ENSCMu.

Auditorium, practical work rooms, students association room… Guided tours will be provided by students all along the day and will enable you to take part in several activies:
Analytic chemistry practical work immersion: flames’ color in atomic absorption and environmental analyses application, fluorescence of quinine in a Schweppes’ drink and medical application, cobalt color change depending on its environment, weather application
Formulation regarding cosmetic products with the AICAP cosmetology organization
Safety and waste management in a practical work lab with the Aphyse (the hygiene, safety and environment organization)
Dyeing of cotton, indigo chemical synthesis and finding out the ENSCMu collection of dyes with the ENSCMulticore organization…
Student life and projects
Investment in volunteering work and projects regarding research, companies, schools… are a part of the students’ training course. Learn more about the ENSCMu organizations while talking to students with different academic backgrounds at the open house day.
Drinks and snacks will be provided there by ENSCMu students.
