CYBER-CRIME: A CHIEF WARRANT OFFICER SPOKE AT ENSCMu

On Thursday, October 21, third-year students attended an oral presentation by Chief Warrant Officer Daniel Munsch, who is a technology investigator. He took part in the cyber security and cyber defense course which has been provided since the beginning of the school year by the Haut-Rhin Senator Ludovic Haye.
Amongst discussed topics were how specialized gendarmerie works, different types of cyber-crime induced by emerging technologies and examples of precise cases. Students were then able to see how this kind of virtual criminality takes place and realized what was at stake for them, as individuals but as future company engineers too.
