FLIPPED CLASSROOM IN CHEMICAL ENGINEERING SAFETY CLASS

On Monday, November 8, second-year students tried teaching according to the flipped classroom method. In chemical engineering safety class, teacher Stéphanie Freitag suggested that they choose one topic out of twenty or so for oral presentations in small groups in the form of their choice. Amongst the possibilities are using a slide presentation, video, in-person or remote classes; this assignment will make up the half of their grade for this semester.
