ALSACE TECH COMPETITION : 4 PRIZES FOR ENSCMu STUDENTS

Alsace Tech competition: 4 prizes for ENSCMu students
On Thursday, March 31, the five ENSCMu participants to the 2022 Alsace Tech competition celebrated the outcome of five month of work on the realization of innovative projects as part of different multidisciplinary units.
During the award ceremony organized at the CCI in Strasbourg, which was sponsoring the event, two of them got a prize. Congratulations to Marie-Anne, Célia and Laura who are part of the Sensible (“Sensitive”) project and who got the Sponsor prize given by Alsace Active, and to Gaëlle, who is part of the “KoolKiper” project which got three prizes: the best video one, the Semia Sponsor one and the second Alsace Tech prize.
2nd prize: maintaining the cold chain for street vendors – a KoolKiper project
A refrigeration system is made for street vendors in order to maintain the cold chain easily and with efficiency, especially in places of the world where the outside temperature is really high.
The epitome of this project can be found in the motto of the product: “KoolKiper, and sandwiches taste better!”
This project also got the best video presentation prize and the prize awarded by the Semia business incubator which promotes innovative projects which are particularly noteworthy regarding their company prospects.
Koolkiper, a project led by Firmin Amegee (EM Strasbourg), Barbara Hvidt (HEAR) and Gaëlle Vacherand (ENSCMu)
The Alsace Active prize, awarding the women’s entrepreneurship – the Sensible (“Sensitive”) project
Alsace Active sponsored the competition and awarded the women-led initiative of that night.
The project initiator team of the sunscreen project named “Sensible” (“Sensitive”) comprises six students from different subject areas: chemistry, financial management, business.
Together, they were able to create a cosmetic product that is skin and environment-friendly, made of lignin.
“Sensible” (“Sensitive”) : a project led by Malika Abouyeva (IUT LP), Marie-Anne Achille (ENSCMu), Léa Antoni (ECPM), Célia Chilali (ENSCMu), Cécile Gruner (IUT LP) and Laura Sochan (ENSCMu).
