On Thursday, March 10th, some high schoolers from the Albert Schweitzer educational facility of Mulhouse visited ENSCMu for a scientific event with their teacher Lionel Tschopp. Helped by the chemistry engineering students who are supervising them for this year regarding their personal project, they learnt how to produce the chemical synthesis of rose's ester.

On Thursday, March 3rd, four engineering students spent the afternoon in a Rixheim primary school with grade 1, 2, 4 and 5 pupils. They were able to make them conduct molecular cuisine experiments. Here are pictures of the making of an egg along with the creation of colorful cocktails.

On Thursday, March 10th, 18 students left Thann to go to the Rehbrunnel shelter. The plan of the hike was to walk 7 kilometers by day when going there and by night when coming back from there, after sharing a nice time at the mountain shelter.

As a strong finish for the Chemistry week, Art Office students of ENSCMu marched on and around the float they created with the colors representing the 200 years of the school for Mulhouse's carnival which took place on March 4th and 6th.

On Friday, March 4th, the Chemistry week went on with a foodtruck lunch in front of the ENSCMu premises. Then, a show by the theater company Esprit Joueur took place for the audience composed of ENSCMu staff and students. It was a sunny day and the show called "Singing in the brain" was a great success.

The Chemistry week that took place for the beginning of the ENSCMu 200 years celebration went on today with the colorful dash for University students and engineers. The goal was to run five kilometers while being in a good mood! We would like to thank everyone who organized that, and more precisely Horizons Alsace Chimie, the student union which took part in this event.
